Felicia M. Babcock is one of Guam’s favorite artists. She been painting and designing since she was 10 years old! Raised in Brooklyn, NY, life has taken her all over to finally live on the beautiful island of Guam. She refined her skills through art classes at St. Elizabeth College in Morristown, NJ. Later on, she attended Westwood College Online where she studied the Drafting Engineering for Interior Design. This training combined with her natural gifts are the keys to her mission to spread her love for art everywhere she goes!
